Basque Country: arrested at gunpoint and threatened with death by the cops for a sticker!

A young Pamplonese citizen who was placing a sticker demanding repatriation of Basque prisoners was arrested at gunpoint by a Guardia Civil patrol in the neighborhood of Iturrama. After arrest the police agents "joked" about shooting him dead or just arresting him.

The incident ended in 24 hours arrest, a fine of €3000 for each sticker he was accused of placing (totaling €6000 euros) and pending trial for disobedience and resistance to authority.

That's the Spanish democracy for the Basque People.
